The #1 thing I do to stay healthy
Food prep is EVERYTHING to me! It's the most important thing I do all week to stay healthy and keep my systemic contact dermatitis at bay.
After I go food shopping, I spend 1-2 hours washing, chopping and storing all the fresh produce. It makes eating healthy snacks and meals during the week quick and easy.
It's especially important for me due to my allergy. Having systemic contact dermatitis to cobalt or nickel can be overwhelming and hard to manage.
Planning out my weekly shopping trips and preparing the produce in a way that is easy to use throughout the week is important for me in order to stay below the recommended 150mcg of cobalt per day.
